Most of the Android users are unfamiliar with the Word ROOTING…Let’s know what it does to your Android device.Android is one of the most open, versatile, and customizable mobile operating systems out there.But you can’t have an access to tweak the hardware components. It provides the user to obtain complete privileges.So that, they can have a complete access to tweak software as well as hardware. I’m pretty much sure that you might have known why you’re gonna be Rooting your android. Android devices are great out of the box. There are a numerous things that you can do with rooting.But before Rooting one must know it’s flaws too.Rooting does void your warranty(However, some of the OEM’s like Xiaomi are exception),may soft brick your Android (Device will go into bootloop ),device gets heated up (because of over clocking) and some other complications.Here are some of the things that rooting does…

A custom firmware changes the entire look and feel of your device .These brings many features and performance fixes and are much more user-friendly when compared to the stock ones.And Custom firmware gets updated more frequently than the stock firmwares. But make sure that you keep a copy of the manufacturer’s firmware(this can be done through TWRP & CWM recoveries). So,that if something goes wrong you can come back to OEM’s firmware.

For example,If the CPU speed is about 1.2GHz then you can increase it to around 1.5 or 1.6 and not more than that.But if you increase a lot you may face issues with the device. Such as automated rebooting of the device,also over-heating issues arises.And with over clocking you shouldn’t expect a great battery life.Now, coming to under-clocking you can reduce your stock clocking speed.This is done in order to avoid battery drain and also to overcome heating issues.But do remember that it slows down the device a bit.
